Standard HVAC Preventive Maintenance
Typically every fall/winter and spring/summer

- Test thermostat to make sure it’s cycling the system on and off properly/schedule
- Calibrate and adjust all thermostats and controls
- Run and test economizer components and setpoint as conditions allow
- Recommend repair options
- Test and inspect equipment components and functions
- Inspect for leaks and diagnose problems/Refrigerant oil stains
- Check and replace air filters
- Lubricate all moving parts as required
- Check, adjust or replace belts
- Inspect burners
- Check electrical & wiring connections
- Inspect gas connections for leaks
- Check refrigerant pressure levels and inspect for leaks
- Check safety interlocks
- Clean condenser coils to ensure proper air flow
- Minor adjustments
- Check voltage and amperage
